Roles
From stewarding, to ticket sales, serving in the café or cleaning up after our guests have left, there are dozens of opportunities to volunteer at this year’s Festival. It’s a great way to give back to your community and you’ll be a really important part of the Festival experience for everyone attending.
Stewarding:
Most needed on Sunday Evening and Saturday day time
Look after our guests, make sure they can see the show, know where to go to to the toilet or get their coffee and how to move around safely in the space.
Welcome Team
Most needed Saturday Day Time
Get ready to say Hello! hundreds of times as you are the first members of the team to greet our guests as they arrive at the festival site. You’ll be greeting, handing out programmes and keeping an eye on numbers as the crowds pour in.
Face Painting / Glitter Art
Saturday Morning and Late Afternoon Still Needed
Have you got a bit of creative flair and get on well with visitors of all ages? Our Face painters would love you to join there team. All materials provided.
Set up and Take down
Get in touch for timings
Can you carry almost anything, love going up and down ladders and know how to Tetris everything into the back of a van? Then the set up and take down team are looking for you!
You’ll need to be available in the week before or after the festival as well as during the main weekend.
Café Crew
Spaces limited please get in touch for details
Know your carrot cake from your croissant and your coffee from your cold brew then the cafe is the place for you. Help prepare drinks and snacks for guests as well as serving the queue and taking payments / donations and of course helping tidy up afterwards.
Craft
Most needed Saturday day time
Come and get creative with this year’s wonderful theme. Help visitors of all ages have a go, get stuck in and find some creative joy!
Resources are all provided all we need is you!
We are also looking for knitters, crocheters and sewers to join our community craft session on Sunday Afternoon
